Terms and conditions
Our prices can be changed by circumstances that Bearskin AB does not control, such as significantly changed raw material prices, currency changes or changed VAT. All prices include VAT at 25%. If the VAT changes, we reserve the right to adjust our prices by the corresponding amount. We reserve the right to make printing and writing errors.

You can choose to pay by credit card via Mastercard and Visa. Credit card payments are made via our partner DIBS - Payment services. We protect all your information with the help of encryption and the communication between our online store and Dibs takes place over a secure internet connection. When your payment is completed and the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. There is no extra charge for payment by debit or credit card.
Delivery and shipping
We deliver to all addresses within Sweden via our partners - please see product pages and checkout for information about delivery time and shipping options. Any shipping fee includes cost of packaging, packing and postage. Bearskin reserves the right to change the delivery time due to unforeseen events beyond our control.
Change, regret and returns
You have the full right of exchange, return and return 14 days after you received the product. The condition is, of course, that you have not used the product and that it is in undamaged condition and has all labels left. For hygiene reasons, we unfortunately do not change underwear and socks. Sale goods have a full right of exchange but not a right of withdrawal / open purchase. Underlay replacement only with continuous sealing. You pay the shipping for the returned product, we pay the shipping for any. new product. Repayment is primarily made via the payment method used at the time of purchase. Of course, we are also happy to help change sizes if available.

Reservation for balance errors
We make a reservation because it can sometimes happen that an item that is for sale in the web shop is out of stock and cannot be delivered. You will then be contacted with, if possible, an offer of an alternative color for the garment or alternatively similar garments. If we can not offer satisfactory alternatives, you will of course get your money back for the item in question.
Minors (under 18 years of age) must have a parent's approval to order.
Always check your package of products as soon as you receive them. If the products are damaged or do not match the number, email our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you. If it is a transport damage, it must be reported to the post office that handed out the package.
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) for all payment transactions. This means that all data is sent encrypted via secure internet connections. Personal information you provide to Bearskin AB is used to administer your purchases and to send out newsletters if you want them. None of your information is disclosed to third parties.
